I'm the founder of Courage To Grow Social Media Consulting. Holistic health and wellness have always been close to my heart, and over time, I wanted to help practitioners doing this healing work.

 

You didn't start your business by spending hours figuring out social media. I did.

With a background in marketing and business, I knew I could help bridge the gap.

 

My mission is to help you build an online presence as thoughtful as the work you do. My approach is simple. I get to know your voice, your ideal client, and what makes your practice distinctive, then I build the brand, messaging, and systems that bring the right clients to your door.

 

Growing a practice that reflects the depth of your work takes clarity, not loud marketing. My work is to help you find it, so you can focus on what only you can do.

 

In therapy, the practitioner creates the conditions for a client to be fully seen, often for the first time in their adult life. That same experience is what good marketing creates online. A bio that names a practitioner's specific clinical philosophy. A post that describes the ideal client's experience so accurately they pause mid-scroll. A website that makes the right person feel found before the first session.

 

That is not marketing in the conventional sense. It is care, extended through the medium of the internet, to someone who has been quietly hoping you exist.
